sierradeleon.com is the informational site of Francisco Javier Sierra de León, an independent provider of digital marketing services. The content of this site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.

I provide paid advertising management, website development, visibility in search engines and AI models, and automation with artificial intelligence. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and price of each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

I do not guarantee specific results: not search rankings, not a number of leads, not a given cost per acquisition. Campaign performance depends on factors outside my control, including the market, competitors, budget, the business's offer and each platform's policies.

What I do guarantee is the process: measurement from day one, reports on a fixed schedule, and traceability of every figure back to its original source in the platform.

The budget spent on advertising platforms is separate from my fees and is paid directly by the client to the relevant platform, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

The client retains ownership of their advertising accounts, domains, websites and profiles. Where the work requires me to create an account, it is created in the client's name or transferred to them when the relationship ends.

I do not disclose my clients' commercial information. The cases published on this site are presented anonymized by industry and market; a client's name is published only with their express written permission.

All work is performed in accordance with the policies of the platforms involved, including Google and Meta advertising policies and their API terms of service. I do not use techniques that violate those policies.
