Services

Fewer impressions.More customers.

I'm Francisco Javier Sierra de León. I manage paid advertising, websites, SEO and AI automation. I don't deliver "impressions" — I deliver what it costs to win a customer, and where that number came from.

01

Paid advertising

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. Campaign structure, ad copy, video creative, negative keywords and weekly optimization against real data.

02

Websites

Fast Next.js sites, deployed on Vercel, measured from day one. Nothing ships without analytics connected — a site that doesn't measure can't be optimized.

03

SEO and GEO

Visibility in search engines and in AI answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity). Sold as a measurable process, never as a ranking guarantee.

04

AI automation

Agents that answer chat and phone calls, qualify the prospect and book the appointment. Automatic lead follow-up and report generation with no manual data entry.

Who

Who's on the other side

Not an agency with layers. The person who actually touches your account.

My name is Francisco Javier Sierra de León and I work out of Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico. I serve businesses on both sides of the border: law firms, medical clinics, remodeling contractors, water filtration companies, travel agencies and restaurants.

I work in Spanish and English because my clients sell in both. A translated ad is not a bilingual ad, and that difference shows up in cost per conversion.

I keep a small book of accounts on purpose. Weekly optimization of a search campaign can't be done well across fifty accounts at once, and I'd rather say so than fake scale.

Transparency

Reporting and analytics

The part of the job most agencies never show. Here it's the center of the work.

Every account I manage is monitored continuously and reported on a fixed schedule. The client can always see what was spent, what it produced, and where each number came from.

01

What I monitor

  • Daily and cumulative spend against budget
  • Impressions, clicks, CTR and CPC by campaign and keyword
  • Conversions and cost per conversion
  • Search terms that spend without converting
  • Frequency and creative fatigue on social platforms
  • Disapproved ads, paused campaigns and billing issues

02

Where the data comes from

  • I consolidate my clients' advertising accounts under my Google Ads manager account (MCC 628-626-0825) and retrieve performance metrics through the official Google Ads API.
  • Meta data is retrieved through the Meta Marketing API, and website data through Google Analytics 4.
  • Only read requests are made, for the purpose of generating client reports and monitoring alerts. No data is transcribed by hand.
  • Each client retains ownership of their advertising account and can revoke access at any time.

03

What the client receives

  • A monthly report with spend, results, cost per result and comparison against the prior month
  • A weekly summary of what changed in the account and why
  • A same-day alert if spend goes out of range, an ad is disapproved or a campaign stops
  • A review call to read the numbers together, not just send them

$85 per conversion in Eagle Pass

The engine of the campaign turned out to be English, not Spanish, in a majority-Hispanic market. The data said so; intuition said the opposite. A location bid adjustment was also raising bids in the one city that never converted.

Best video: 4 contracts · $62,705 closed · $528 per contract

We connected the CRM and the sales board to Meta so every ad is measured by signed contracts, not leads. The finding: the two videos that closed the most contracts had been switched off because their cost per lead "looked expensive". The best one returned 29.7 times its cost. Optimizing for cheap leads was shutting off exactly what sold.

Site and visibility structure in production

Work in progress. New site with SEO and GEO structure live, and a baseline of traffic and visibility captured on launch day. Without a baseline there's no honest way to claim an improvement, so I'm not publishing figures here yet.
